In order to exchange an item or return an item for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of order date. Please email us at: INFO@MRBOBBYWHITE.COM with your order # and your reason for exchange/return.
All exchange/return items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged. If we deem that the product has been used, worn, washed, or damaged it is up to our discretion to not exchange the product or offer a refund.
Customers are liable for shipping charges to ship an exchange/return product back to us. We pay for shipping the product you exchange back to you.
Exchanges/refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. However, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All clearance and discounted item sales are final and not valid for size exchange, return, or refund.
