We process orders during normal business hours, Monday through Friday because we are probably hunting on Saturday.
We do our best to get orders shipped out in 1-2 business days and we ship via UPS, USPS or FEDEX based on the best rates.
We ship to the United States and Canada and once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please email us and let us know.
When your package leaves us, it is up to the carrier to get it to you. We are not responsible for shipping delays, missing, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing products that were lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, stolen, or damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
